Restoring
Fertility

A four-month, high-level program designed to optimize your fertility and build the foundation for a healthy pregnancy.

The Approach

Why This Program

Many participants come to this program after years of trying to conceive, multiple fertility treatments, conflicting recommendations, or being told there are few options remaining.

The goal of the program is not to repeat what has already been done. Instead, we take a fresh and comprehensive look at the factors that influence fertility to identify those that may have been overlooked or inadequately addressed.

Fertility is influenced by a wide range of factors including immune function, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and environmental exposures. While many approaches focus on individual factors, most fertility challenges involve the interaction of multiple factors.

The challenge is not simply gathering more information. The challenge is determining which factors are most relevant in your particular case and how they should be prioritized.

This program is designed to identify those factors and develop a structured, individualized plan to address them.

How It Works

Stage 01

Foundational Review & Clarity

We begin with a detailed review and synthesis of your medical history and fertility timeline, prior laboratory testing and fertility workups, and lifestyle patterns, constraints, and relevant health factors. The goal is to identify the factors most likely to be influencing fertility, determine what information may be missing, and create a clear plan for moving forward.

Stage 02

Personalized Strategy Development

Based on the findings from Stage 1, recommendations are organized into a structured and individualized plan. Depending on the circumstances, this may include nutrition and metabolic support strategies, lifestyle and environment optimization, targeted supplement and herbal recommendations, and additional testing or data collection where appropriate. Recommendations are prioritized and phased based on impact, practicality, and relevance to your particular situation.

Stage 03

Guided Implementation & Refinement

Recommendations are implemented and progress is monitored over time. New information, challenges, and evolving priorities are reviewed on an ongoing basis, allowing strategies to be refined and adjusted as needed. The program concludes with a comprehensive review and a clear plan outlining continuation strategies and next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the program?

The Restoring Fertility program runs for four months and is divided into three stages: foundational review, personalized strategy development, and guided implementation & refinement.

What does the program include?

The female program includes eight sessions over four months, including a comprehensive initial consultation; review of fertility history, prior testing, and lifestyle factors; identification and prioritization of factors most likely to be influencing fertility; development of a structured, individualized strategy; guided implementation; and a final roadmap. The male program spans four months with five sessions.

What is the cost of the program?

The program fee is $9,750 for women and $6,250 for men, covering the full four-month experience.

Are there additional costs?

While all additional labs, tracking tools, and supplements are optional, many clients choose to invest in additional testing or supplementation based on their individual situation. Recommendations are always discussed in advance, and clients are never required to purchase any particular product, test, or service. Supplement recommendations commonly range from approximately $100–$250 per month.

Why is pricing different for men and women?

The programs are different. Female reproductive physiology is more dynamic and time-sensitive, requiring more frequent tracking, pattern review, and adjustment. Male programs are equally important but typically require less frequent monitoring, review, and adjustment.

Is this a medical program or does it replace my medical care?

No. The Restoring Fertility Program is designed to provide education, fertility optimization strategy, and decision support. It is not a substitute for, and does not replace, medical diagnosis or treatment from a licensed physician. Participants are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with their local medical provider.

Are labs and supplements required?

Some labs, tools, and supplements are recommended to help provide clarity, track progress, or support areas of function that may be suboptimal. Recommendations are always discussed in advance and aligned with your comfort level. Many clients are able to coordinate testing through their physician.

Can couples enroll together?

While it is often beneficial for couples to enroll together, the analysis, guidance, and pricing remain individual. Working with both partners can sometimes reveal patterns that may not be apparent when evaluating only one member of the couple.

Do you accept insurance, HSA or FSA?

We do not accept insurance. However, some or all of this program may qualify for HSA/FSA. Please verify directly with your administrator.

Will I work directly with Dr. Horn?

Yes. All consultations and program guidance are provided directly by Dr. Horn.

What happens after the four months?

You leave with a roadmap and plan that you can continue using independently. Graduates of the program receive 30 days of messaging support following completion at no additional charge.

What happens if I become pregnant during the program?

It is not unusual for pregnancies to occur as changes are made. In these cases, we simply focus on maintaining and supporting the pregnancy.

What is the oldest patient you have helped conceive with her own eggs?

The oldest woman in Dr. Horn's practice to conceive naturally with her own eggs was 49, and she delivered a healthy baby at age 50.
